we had a great experience at Sheraton. the hotel is big and has a frequent shuttle service to the airport. the rest-bar offers tasty food and having a Starbucks in the lobby was convenient. the gym and pool facilities were excellent. our room was clean and the bed was comfortable, allowing for a great night's sleep. check-in and check-out processes were easy and smooth.
Didn’t dislike anything about the property 🙂

When I needed a comfortable place to relax before picking up my loved ones from the airport, the Sheraton Gateway in Los Angeles was the perfect choice. The staff were friendly and easygoing, making me feel right at home. The beds were incredibly comfortable, allowing for a restful night's sleep. The rain shower in the bathroom was a delightful surprise. Parking was a bit limited, but the in-and-out privilege made it convenient. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
Parking options were a bit limited and could have been better.

The beds were super comfy, with plenty of space in the room. The hotel had a pool and spa area, and a convenient Starbucks on the premises.
Felt like it was a home away from home, nothing too much trouble.

The tub in my room had someone's hair in it and the neighbors were loud, but the hotel graciously refunded me for the inconvenience. I'll recommend this hotel.

clean and spacious room - close to a busy airport - friendly staff, and a great shuttle service from Sheraton.
